Abstract
The article focuses on the main issues of tourism development during the current global crisis. The unprecedented sanctions that Russia had to face in 2022 affected the tourism industry at the global, national, and regional levels. This strategic analysis of the global and national tourism industry featured the external environment of the strategizing object as an important stage in determining the strategic priorities for domestic tourism. The research made it possible to identify and analyze some global and national trends in the development of tourism industry in modern conditions.Keywords
